Pros:
Long Service Life and Better Air Flow
Cons:
Like all Oiled Filters, I have to clean off the MAF sensor every so often

Basicly a K&N filter made by Fram. Serviceable with Frams own kit or any other oil filter service kit.
I felt some improved excelleration, that tapered off after a week. Then I cleaned the MAF with some electical contact cleaner and it had the pep back.
I'm happy with it and it cost a few dollars less than the K&N

Clean MAF more often

It came on my used 2004 F150 STX 4x4 with flowmasters so i didn't really know any different compared to stock. But after 13000 miles i decided to clean it with a K&N filter cleaner and there was a difference if not actual then at least it was percieved.
