Description:
|
These Summit remote oil filter kits include a bypass adapter, filter mount, 8 ft. of oil hose, brass fittings, stainless steel hose clamps, mounting hardware, and instructions. These kits require a Fram PH8A or equivalent oil filter, which is not included. Took about 2 hrs. to install. I put it just under the radiator, but still covered by the skid plate. Also allowed me to use a slightly larger filter than stock. No more drippy mess! The best $38 Ford should have spent!

No more mess changing the filter. Allowed the use of a larger filter.

Took about 2 hrs to install. Mounted nicely under the radiator, but still covered by the skidplate.
