Pros: Easy intstall, and helps with throttle response
Cons: did nothing for gas mileage, and there is a slight whistle noise on quick accels.

This spacer was easy to install, literaly took a half an hour. Adds a noticable throttle response, but does nothing for your mileage as far as i can tell. Installed it on a K&N cold air intake kit fine. very short whistle you have to listen VERY hard for right when you nail the throttle. Pretty nice piece for performance.

Pros: easy installation, better gas mileage
Cons: i actually did get a whistle

For the price and ease of installing it, it would be a good buy. It's about $90 and takes no time at all to install. I have a K&N CAI and Mass Air Flow Sensor and already had a whistle, but i think it got a little worse after puting the throttle body spacer in.
