I havent used the +4 plugs but I have used the +2 plugs, and even though they are a little bit expensive they're well worth it, they add just a bit more torqe thats pretty noticeable.

Installed them in 93 F150 XLT 5.0L. Less ping, more power, better response. Also, installed Bosch plug wires. I recommend.

i personally have never used the product. but wanted to. it is about time for a tune up on my 5.4 but are there really noticable gains. i was debating whether or not to go with the platinum 4 or and ngk iridium or just stick with motorcraft platinums.

save your money and buy autolite or motorcraft

I have used bosch platinum plugs in a couple of fords...I wouldn't take these plugs if you were to give them to me. Total garbage! Stick with morotcraft or autolite platinum plugs only! This is a word of caution!

No noticable performance gain and engine seemed to run a bit rougher. i would stick with the motorcraft plugs.
