THIS BBK 75MM THROTLE BODY WILL FIT YOUR 1997-03 F-SERIES TRUCK INCLUDING EXPEDITION 4.6 AND 5.4 LITER MODELS. ALSO 4.6 APPLICATIONS FROM 90-95.
75MM MODEL BETTER SUITED FOR SUPERCHARGED AND OR NITROUS APPLICATIONS. To ensure the same high standards as other BBK throttle bodies,BBK starts with precision 356 aluminum alloy castings which is machined on BBK's ultra modern CNC machines to exact tolerances. Each unit is then hand assembled with high quality BBK components such as o ringed shaft, double sealed roller bearings, precision die stamped linkage assemblies along with factory quality fittings and connectors to ensure a perfect installation, long life and high performance.

I installed the BBK #1703 along with a new SSD Cold Air Intake on my 97 4x4. There were no modifications required and the install went very smoothly. I took my time, just to be sure I didn't make any mistakes. Install time for all mods was about 1 hour. I have had this combination on my truck for about 125 miles, and the only problem I have had, was that I needed to adjust the idle speed twice, until I found the correct adjustment at normal operating temperature.
