Ive had this truck for alomst 3 years, it is my first vehicle and I love it!! It is a 98' and it has the 4.6L V8 engine
Here's what I have added
Flomaster exhaust system (turndowns), Tornado air intake, K & N air filter, Westin nerf bars, Lightning Euro taillights, Lexan H3 blue headlight bulbs, Hood Scoops,SVT F-150 Tailgate emblem, Flammed ford emblem, 18" Ultra Chrome wheels, with Bridgestone Dueler HTS tires, flammed gauges,Billet Antenna, Ford steering wheel cover, JVC El' Kameleon CD player,(4) Infinity Kappa 5x7's,(2) Kicker Tweeters, Rockford Fosgate 300w amp, (2) 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch Z subwoofers(soon to be replaced with Fosgate HE 12's), APC blue door and dome lights, (2)Street Glow 15" blue Lightning effect neons, (2)APC 6" blue neons,(1) 5 foot glow wires, (1) Street Glow 10" black light, Blue Light-up pedals, and (2) APC blue eliminators on the headlights.
Soon to come: Bumper Replacment, 2 inch lowering Blocks in the back, 1 inch lowering in the front, Super Charger,Mass Air flow sensor Nitrous, Rockford Fosgate HE 12" Subs, Carpet Bed liner, Programable Performance Chip, Bucket Seats, Ground Effects, Neon Underbody Kit (Red), Neon Strobes Inside (Red), Flammed Paint job, Flammed Grill insert, Flammed Rear-View Mirror, and anything else flammed
