Someone told me that my 2002 XLT F150 has Daytime Runnig Lights built in, and all I have to do is enable them to work is this true, and if so how do I go about doing it?

That is correct. All you have to do is purchase the Daytime Running Lights(DRL) relay and resistor from Ford and install them on your truck. I've done this to my 2002 as well, so I can tell you for sure that it can be done.

Here's a good "How To" on how to enable or disable the DRLs on your truck. It gives you the part numbers of the relay and resistor, where they go, and diagrams to help you.
