i backed out of my garage and snagged the drivers side mirror on the door rotating it backwards and now the mirror glass shakes when i drive.
has anyone run into this or know a fix?

yep you need to get the replacement mirrior. this is usally found at the dealer but sometimes you can get lucky at the local advanced or napa.
it is going to just pop out (with some force) and then simply snap the new one back into place. if the entire unit is dammaged you need to get the whole assambly from the dealer$$$
