the truck did not come with a key fob and i need to find out if is able to have one ...

a key fob? I haven't heard of this.

I must be in a fog ,the little clicker that opens your door locks remotely... my question is do all trucks come with the abilty to use this feature.. as for wickapedia never looked at one

I don't believe that any trucks from this generation came with keyless entry. If you have power locks, I'm sure you could add it on.

I think '94 was the first year RKE was offered in F-series. To find out, either pull the knee bolster (below the steering column) & check for the RKE module...



...or attempt to put the system into programming mode. If the locks cycle, you have RKE. Read the captions of these diagrams.
