My driver window on my 05 FX4 150 stopped going up today. It stuck in the past but today it went all the way down and wont come back up. All other windows work from the same control panel. Checked the relay and fuses and all is good. Have warranty so probably take it in on Tuesday. Anyone had this problem before?? And what happened? Thanks

Ryan

Well I went to Ford and they fixed the "broken" switch. Thank god for warranty. Thanks for input.

I've noticed mine is starting to stick as well a little. Should I get it replaced ASAP?

All your Driver side window Problems Can be fixed Under Warranty. Mine quit, i took it to Ford and they replaced the whole Crank Assembly. Go To Ford.

I just got back from ford and they told me that it over heats and they won't fix the window until it actually burns out.......I wonder if Ford will pay for the bill to have it cleaned when it rains when the window gets stuck!!!

My Driver window would not go up. So my dealer replace the whole Mechanism. ANy trouble with your windows, have them replace the whole thing under warranty. The guy with the motor burnong problem. Burn the motor out and have them put a new one in. BE DONE WITH IT. If theynsuspect the motor, then they should change it. If you dont fix now. You will after warranty, SO, Take Advantage of your Waerraty.

we bought a used Ford F150 king cab 4x4 truck that also has a the same problem, except the power window broke on the front passenger side. It won't pull up. Any suggestions on what to do? Should I take it to a car repair shop or somewhere else? How much ya all have to pay to get it fixed?
