I replied! Dang it... Let me find the email...

Edit: Here's the email I sent...

There are two places in MT that do this. Fordcummins.com and Auto World MT. Personally, I'd go with Ford Cummins. The cost depends on you. I have an '89 Dodge that I'm taking the Cummins out and buying the adapter kit for the E4OD in my '95 F-350 and I'll part out or sell the rest of the Dodge whole and I'll sell the PSD. You can find a good engine at junk yard, buy a truck with the engine in it, or you can buy one from Ford Cummins. They have all their prices on the site. Ford Cummins doesn't have an email address but I've heard their customer service is pretty good. I haven't purchased the needed items from them yet but I hope to soon. The following links are sites for excellent information:
http://www.cummins-conversion.com/phpBB ... 2df68650dc
http://www.turbodieselregister.com/ (there is an annual fee but its worth it, they aren't all Dodge lovers!)

Wait! What are you looking to spend (how much were you looking to spend on a truck)? I bet we can make this work... :thumb:

This is going to be my total:
- '95 F-350 4x4 crew cab single rear wheel XLT = $7,500
(paid, I love this body Ford, the truck of my dreams minus the engine!)
- 12V Cummins = $3,500
(or less)
- Brand New '06 PSD Intercooler = $300
(paid)
- Parts needed for the conversion = $1,020
- Labor = $0
(I'm doing it myself with the help of a guy who did this to his '89)
Grand Total = $12,320
(now if I end up having to use the Cummins I already have, I'll need a tranny controller which ranges from $550 to $1,100)

Not a bad price for my dream truck.

Thanks. I think I have all the parts I need. A friend picked up a '95 Dodge with the Cummins for another friend to do the conversion but the guy backed out. So, I'm buying the engine and all needed parts and another dude is buying the rest of the truck. And that intercooler was a sweet deal. Its still in the box! The who is selling it to me is going to help with the conversion. He's going to pull it for me and help me replace seals, adjust valves, and I'm considering getting a smaller turbo housing...doing some pump mods...I've even designed the badges for my truck...
