My clutch plate burned out on my 95, 6 cyl, F-150. When I look at clutch kits, some sites are telling me 10 inches, other sites are saying 11. Anyone have any ideas? Also, anyone with advice on the best way to install a new clutch kit, I am open to advice.

The flywheel is drilled for 10" and 11", so either will work as long as you buy a cover that matches the clutch you buy.

Click my black Bronco below & look in the Hydraulic Clutch Conversion album. It shows the NAPA PN for the right clutch kit.

That will be a huge help. Now my next question for any one that can tell me is about when I push in the clutch itself. This is without having yet pulled any parts for inspection. When I push on the clutch, it slams to the floor and stays there, and I have to pull it back up. It acts almost like a toggle switch, only in the up or down position. Any ideas as to what could be causing this, and if a clutch kit alone would be the solution?

Here is one more question. Any idea how much one of these transmissions weighs?
