Anyone know anything about Lemon Law. I think its time for me to Lemon my truck cause its about to make its 6th trip to the shop for the reoccuring water leak. They have already replaced my back window and diverted the heater core drain and replace the carpet. (8th time overall in about the past 2 and a half months)

Lemon laws vary depending on the state. Here's some info about Texas' Lemon Law:

And here is a law firms that might help

When my 2002 Explorer was bought back I went through the dispute board listed in the back of the owners manual.
Sorry to here about your truck, hope you get it squared away to your liking.

I started it in January of 03 and it was done in May, if the Dispute Board tells Ford to buy it back Ford has to do it. They also gave me the option of having it repaired, but they had a fix for it before this started and Ford wouldn't do it then so I just had them buy it back. Sure am glad though, I really like my truck :thumb:

Sorry to hear about that. Good luck with it. I'd be upset myself.

Siberexpress How does it work, do they just pay off how much you owe on the truck and do they give you money for extras you put on it, if not im gonna have to strip it down if they decide to buy it back.

They pay it off, any modifications you made the will pay for as long as you have the receipts for them. I don't know how your state is but in TN. they don't have to pay back interest so I just got the amount that I paid off on the truck and then got a rebate back from the extended warranty.
