I have a Derale fan and a Hayden switch.
I need this to be hot only when the ignition is on.
I know that I need to wire a relay between the fan and a wire that is hot only when the ignition is on?
What would be a good wire to tap into?

For what purpose? The switched hot, or power source?

Donno much about the newer generation wiring. When I put driving lights into my '95, I was able to pull a switched hot line out of the fuse box. Maybe you can do the same. Donno.

We, we got it, anyway.
Seems to do well.
These newer rigs aren't quite as simple as the older ones, though.
