Anyone know if a 98 4 cylinder Ranger uses a hydraulic clutch or an adjustable cable? My son-in-law's clutch might be shot in the ass or maybe just needs adjustment...but I don't have a book and the truck is not with me right now. Appreciate any answers!

Chris

I'm assuming a 4 cyl has a hydraulic clutch. Look to see if you have a fluid reservoir on the firewall close to the brake mastercylinder. My 89 had a hydraulic clutch (4 cyl)
