Ford F150 - 91 to 93 body swap...how difficult is it really?

OK I have seen some crazy things... I have seen a 79 460 truck with a 95 body on it. but my question, in my mind should be cake...

I have a donor bronco sitting in the side yard... I have been stripping parts off of to put on my 91 already... But I keep starring at the front end... How difficult is it to put it all together?
