Ford F150 - Welding exhaust tips

On mine I dont have a muffler but have it ran out exactly like jmorris excpet I have a single pipe and dual tip. Right before the tip the muffler shop welded a hangar to the frame and its solid as a brick wall. I am redoing the whole exhaust when I get home from over seas and going with a dual outlet muffler and running a pipe to each side and exiting in front of the rear wheels with a dual tip. So how does just the muffler to the side exit sound from everyone that has done it?
