I have an 06 f150 and i want to get rid of the cats altogether. Can it be done? And how with all the o2 sensors?

May I ask why you want the cats gone? If you want a louder exhaust, just straight pipe it after the cats. (This is why I love my '92. No 2nd O2.) :)

yeah keep the cat because if i do believe it is actually illegal depending on your state to remove the cat... my old truck was a 4.2L f150 and i cut the muffler off and straight pipe out the back it was nice to me and a lot cheaper than a whole new exhaust...and still didnt sound to bad for a v6
