Ford F150 - Low oil pressure

I would like to know if anyone had this problem or can help me out. I have an 06 HD 4x4 with 33,289 miles on it. Today I was going to work and the low oil pressure indicator came on, then a message stating "Engine safe mode ok". My engine shut off on the highway . I was able to coast to an open area. I turned the key to the off position and restarted my truck. The pressure remained fine. I have never experienced anything like this before. My truck is garaged kept on a level surface. I just had my 30,000 mile maintenance check done at the dealership. I just changed my oil (dealership put in motorcraft, I replaced with royal purple and a K&N oil filter. What could be the issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

Check the oil level, if it's ok think about changing the oil pressure sending unit maybe? They do go bad and are inexpensive to replace...

I got the issue fixed. The mechanic changed the sensor and my truck has been running well. Thanks.
