Your truck was to awesome, made them feel bad. I don't know what it is, but my truck gets hit all the time, Sure its someone rear-ending me and hitting the trailer hitch, But it seems like once a month I'm stopped at a light and someone taps me. Never when I'm coming to a stop, but once I'm fully stopped. And its a blond on the phone 90% of the time. I feel for you though man, That kind of thing is sickening.

About someone being outside the bar.. there really wasn't that many people at the bar, which is why I can't believe this. I seriously can't even look at my truck anymore. I thought it was weird too that nothing happened to the wheels and the side step, I looked at both and didn't see any damage. Though the rear wheel seems to kind of grind now. I had to go out and drown my sorrows last night, it just sucks. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me, and it's hard to deal with for me. The truck was a sense of accomplishment and someone felt the need to take that away from me.

I dont know the setting, but if it was the Bar parking lot, that person may come back just dont go there with your truck and case it out :rambo:

you could try to contact every Ins. Co. there and tell them the senario and you may luck out, when they file a claim :o
you play detective, it will also make you feel better, and if you find them; Well, thats a deep subject :cuss:

Of course the whole thing sucks raw azz, but on the brighter side depending on your deductable, it won`t cost you much to fix it and it won`t count against you. So your insurance rates won`t go up. I told the ups insurance company the next time they hit my truck, they`ll be buying me a new 1. So I understand your pain.

I have a $500 deductable, which sucks because I could have that money to buy a programmer. At least I can be thankful that I wasn't in it and was a worse accident.

Haha, you got that right. I'm waiting for the adjuster to call me tomorrow, and I'll see what happens. I'm just glad that I know the dealership will take care of me.

It amazes me the dealerships in certain area`s suck while in others they`re great. The one I deal with has been very good to me, of course I have bought many of vehicles from them as well as paid them good money to work on my trucks. I seen you had a bad scratch on your left 1/4 panel. I did to and that alone was $1500 to fix. So its going to cost a pretty penny to get yours right. Maybe they`ll give you a Raptor for a loaner haha. Good luck Tox.

Haha, that'd be great. The company I work for has easily bought $1,000,000 worth of vehicles from this dealership, and that's saying something since the company only has about 6 employees. I'm not going to the dealership in my town because it's horrible, so it's worth it for me to drive the 30 miles to get it done right.

The 1 I deal with is also 30 miles away from me, and when I was in the carpet industry I bought probably 10 rangers and 2 F150 Fx4`s and 2 E150`s from them. So that also may have something to do with them being so good to me. But I also know most of the people there. If you find a good 1 stick with them is what I always say.

Now you have an excuse to get a crazy paintjob lol! Jk, sorry to see that Bro I hate stupid people, a couple days ago the little neighbor kid wanted to help me wash my truck.......without water or soap and with his bare hand! ha ha he swirled the dirt around and scratched the crap out of it, but hey it needed to be waxed and buffed. I hope you get that fixed soon its a great looking truck!

Since I've been out of town all week, I finally get to bring my truck to the dealer on Friday. I'll update you with what they think. I'm just happy that it's finally going to get looked at.

Hope all goes well. I know how you feel. My 05 was brand new (to me), only had it a month not even and someone hit and run me in my school parking lot and took the paint off the front drivers side corner of the bumper, a $600 fix apparently. At least your deductible is $500 not $1000 like mine.
