Sorry I haven't been around much.... Working 60+ hours a week sucks but the money's good.

I've been wanting to move stuff around on the dash.
This is how it looked.

This is the mount.

Toyed with the idea of putting the mount this way.

But decided different.

Radio mounted today... After 9 hours of OT I got into the garage and mounted the radio and got the speaker ready

coax and speaker wire holes.

Speaker will go where that hole is.

Here is the speaker that I'm using

I'm just using the front of the speaker not the whole box. using a hole saw and then flush mounting the front to the outside edge of the console.

Now to work on the light switches and cell phone cord. Not mounting the brake controller back I'll just plug it in when I need it.

Good idea...thats the same CB I am currently using...it works great for a little radio. I have bigger plans though...I have a Ranger 2950 with a 600 watt linear that I will be getting hooked up as soon as I get the radio back from being fixed.
