What do I need to do I know I need a puller. what else is needed and can I pick up the puller at auto zone? Thanks

Click my signature & look thru the Brakes & Hubs album - everything is shown there. You don't have the 2-piece inner wheel seal, and you don't have spring-loaded wheel bearing adjusting nuts, but you DO have 4WABS tone rings that have to be pulled off before the rotors can be separated. The hardest part will be finding something to put in the center of the hub for the puller to press against. A slide-hammer puller might be easier, as long as you can keep it straight. Ford recommends NOT re-using the tone rings, but if you don't break it, you can re-use it.
