My battery died on interstate while hauling pallets. Tried jumping it and was too weak to jump.
Went to put new one in next day and peterbilt had totalled my truck while it was sitting in emerg lane. Now I have to look for new truck.

You are looking at the glas as half empty as compared to half full. Now you get to get a new truck. At least you werent in it or standing outside it when it got hit.. Let us know how it goes.

Good thing you weren't hurt. Do you pictures of the wrecked truck?

Nope, haven't been back to where they towed it to get pictures yet. Updated news is that I have my sights set on either a 92 w/351 windsor in it or 88 w/302 including leaking oil pan. Any suggestions?

How do they drive? Personally I would opt. for the 92 w/ the 351. Are any of them 4wd or are they both 2wd?

'88 is a 4x4 and was still there yesterday. spoke with the 2nd owner and he stated that alot of things have already been replaced on it, but I still haven't heard it run yet. 92 was gone for a few days last week, so it's probably spoken for.
