When you say 'inside', do you mean the the tread in the center of the tire is worn much more than the tread closer to the sidewalls?
If the center tread is worn, then your tires are most likely overinflated. That can happen if you use the maximum safe pressure written on the tire rather than the recommended pressure written on the loading sticker on the driver's door pillar.

Looks more like an under-inflantion except it is only on lets say from the picture above it would be only on the left side of that tire (except for all 4 would be only on one side, towards under the truck). The outside of the tires could be worn too but I haven't noticed it like I did on the inside.
I've put more pounds in all 4 so we'll see how it goes.
