I have a 02 Screw and was wondering if people had info on good camera models and bad to stay away from of course? Cant use a liscense plate camera guess it actually illegal in my state. The camera needs to be completely weather proof, and good at night. Barely noticable would be a plus. Pics and info greatly appreciated.

Oh i forgot that I dont need a mirror or screen to view on as I have already installed the JVC KW-AVX810 in dash.

I too would like some info on a back up cam for my 02 Scab. I dont want the licence plate frame one. I was thinking of drilling out a hole or using the existing key hole in my tailgate handle. Any ideas?

Im amazed that I havent really got any replies to this yet. I was also thinking of drilling a hole in the tailgate. I dont want it to be a very large hole though. What do you have to do being the new guy and getting answers around here (my head hurts from scouring the internet and articles in here with no avail.) I was thinking i would blow up my neighbors chevy and post pics on here!lol

Well, I don't have any info on camera's
But I remember seeing a pic of someones truck here. Had Florida Tag's like mine does. But they cut out the center of the tag, and put the camera behind it. Looks slick.

Hey guys, I have recently installed a rear cam on my truck.
For me I didnt want to use the license plate one, looks ugly to me and the screen it came with is the shits.
So I searched Ebay and found a prety sweet one. Its called a FG98 10.2" monitor and night vision camera.
I mounted the camera right above my trailer hitch. Its kinda noticeable but not much.
It was cheap and the quality is awsome! It took only 3 days to get to my house! FREE shipping!!! and it was $130 canadian. So I coulda bought the $89 license plate cheap ass one, or $130 for this.

I see its alittle cheaper now, $113 US.
If you want to drill and mount it more unnoticeable then search for a better cam with no monitor or something there is tons on Ebay.
