Stainless!! Oops, Chrome! Polished stainless would be better than chrome, but is alot more. I thought about putting chrome bars on mine back when I took the boards off, but like the no bar look better. I think there's still some pics in my gallery from when the boards were one. Looked terrible. Oh yeah, they were black. |

Black, because they are cheaper, and you can easily re-paint them if they rust.Re-chroming is harder to do. Stainless is best if $$$ is no object. |

Black! You've got a white truck with that tan second tone. Tone it down more get some big black ones and have'em run it. |

The chrome steps would go good with the bumpers, wheels & headlights, also goes with the paint color. But black also works. Think of the cleaning you would have to do once the chrome steps got dirty. |

I got chrome..Cleanin is the least of my worries. With the reg. brush a clean my truck off with then when I dry I do a little Never Dul on them and they look good as new. Also do this with the chrome bumpers |

I like black, but for your truck I'd do chrome. |

One more thing-if you can afford stainless, do it. I have chrome tips on my exhaust. Big mistake. The surface is all pitted and being overrun with rust. I held it off for a while with a cleaner called Noxon, but there's nothing I can do now. And for reference, I live near the coast, so salt and salt air is a problem. I had the option to do stainless, but I wasn't paying for it, so I had no say. |
