Im a member of other forums and when you go to those sites after being gone... if you click on a link it takes you to a list of threads that you have participated in that have new posts.

say i respond to 5 posts today... when i come back tomorrow and click a link it takes me to a page that only shows the threads that were responded too.
so if i start a thread and dont get any answers and someone answers 3 weeks later i see it right there the next time i sign in
