Old ones really, got them out of the junkyard for $50 awhile back and finally got 'em fixed and cleaned. She looks WAY batter But now I REALLY need to get new front coils, they're too worn out and sit about 3" lower then they should and the front rub a little. Gonna get some 1/2" or a little less spacers because they catch on the radius arms due to the agressive tread, stock ones would just rub smooth.
The last few show where the worn out springs let the tires rub, before they started sagging the 33's sat just fine with no rub. _________________ Red & White 1990 F-150 XLT Lariat 300ci BIG SIX, EFI with flat black hood - Duel-out Flowmaster - K&N Filter/PVC Kit - F250 Sway Bars - Converted to 4x4 - 3.55 gears - 33x12.50r15's
WORK TO BE DONE: 4" lift 1 ton suspension(w/front coils, 2WD F350 lift fits F150's!) + 6-2 Hedmen Headers y-piped to a single 3" stack + Complete builder engine + Block heater + New bed, new fenders, NEW PAINT! and other goodies to come...ENGINE BUILD IN PROGRESS |

Haha, no, that's our little shed that we built to match the house. It's not even the size of the garage.
May have to end up reverting back to to stock sizes until I can get the differential(s) regeared...even that's better then driving that little Accord around....great mileage, but humiliating. rents pay for gas for it because it's more theirs, wish they'd help me with gas for the truck
Roots of the shiners and pot farmers in appalachia, lol, plenty of backwoods hicks, hill billies and rednecks alike out here.
....that plate is older then me! |

Haha, they were for awhile. Dad told me to clean 'em out so they ended up in the bed of the F250 after that.
I'm back on stock tires and rims now as I found that one (freakin 12 year old Goodyear Wrangler......hate wranglers...) was starting to buldge. Tires with tumors = highway speed blow out, and I didn't want to risk that.
Got my 4x4 front end, already geared 3.54 for the 33's, now I just need the rearend regeared and one more 33" tire, then she'll sit higher, be a 4x4, and have 33's! |
