After a recent spark plug change (which I knew were crap plugs but it was an emergency change) my mileage and performance has gone down. I know you get what you pay for, but what is your guys' recommendation for a good value spark plug for my 5.4L to get the fuel economy back up.

If you want original performance, get Motorcraft, any o'reilly has them so you don't have to pay ford prices. Autolite would prolly work fine too.

Believe it or not, cheap coppers.

Of course, they don't last nearly as long as double plats. Considering how much of a PITA it is to change the plugs I'll stick with the double plats myself.

Like sbellinghausen, I only use Motorcraft... Advance Auto Parts also sells them for less than Ford.
