Ford F150 - Help My idle jerks when A/C is on at slow speeds

My car jerks from the idle when the A/C is on at slow speeds. I have an 04 4.6L

my 4.6 did that, i never could figure the problem? I did notice that evertime i did a mod it would happen.

Could be the AC compressor kicking on and off but I'm not sure.

Mine doesn't jerk but I can feel the compressor come on, it takes a lot of HP from the engine on really hot days. I select mine off when towing up hills.
