My Trusted Mechanic (tm), ever since upgrading my '00 Ranger for me with various parts, has been putting CAI's in all of his trucks and loves 'em.
I did a search on eBay and found a basic CAI kit, pretty much standard. But, what else can I recommend to him? Are there under/overdrive pulley replacements available for this car? |

Worked on my Ranger just fine. Your opinion, though, has not matched up with my reality. Do you mean specifically that such an upgrade doesn't affect a V8 as much as a V6? |

| What are you trying to accomplish by doing this??? MPG's? For the amount of money spent on either of these, it isnt worth it to most people. The under drive pulleys are usually made of a soft cast aluminum, they will wear out and be useless unless you want scrap aluminum. Performance doesnt weigh out the price tag for most is all |
