| truck shows to be overheating when its not,shows obd code p1299 , which is cylinder head temp sensor had it replaced last year everything ok until last week when it did it again,you can turn the ignition off and back on and its fine.Any Suggestions? |

| sounds like the temp sensor again but their is two of them not just for the same thing maybe the wrong one was replaced |

| I have had the coil assembly, one coil, 2 thermostats and one radiator replaced. There is gunk in the coolant. Changed orange to green. Finally got it to stop by drilling holes in thermostat. Engine light is still on but not the over heat warning light. Mechanic said there is head gasket leak and needs $3000 repair that includes removing the engine. |
