I installed a K&N FIPK tonight and now when I try to start it it turns over and runs for a few seconds and then dies like it's not getting any air. If I remove the intake tube it runs fine.

I'm sure there's nothing restricting airflow in the intake tube and everything is hooked up (plug in the brake booster hole on the intake tube which I assume is right) Everything is plugged in, the MAF is clean.

I'm completely confused, what would cause this?

Nevermind, i'm a complete idiot and failed to notice the MAF was in the wrong direction.

Oh well hopefully my stupidity will help someone else as unfortunate someday...
