Ford F150 - engin swap

hey guys i have a 1992 f 150 with a 300 straight 6, with a 5 speed trans, need to swap or rebuild exsisting 1 and wouldnt mind the 302, just wondering if its a straight swap or if theres mods involved and also if the tranny from my 300 would bolt on

the tranny and cluth and stuff on older modles was the same so I suspect your ok there but you will need 302 motor mounts...not sure about the computer and wire harness on the newer modles.

You will need a v8 computer and engine bay harness.

Pass on a 302 and head straight for a 351 if you plan on going ahead with this swap.

300...302. 302...300. You swap over that?
