05 XLT Supercrew. What is the largest tire I can fit on the original wheels the truck came with, without having to lift the truck. It still has the original 255/65/17.

im the same way - i usually (in the past on my ranger) run bigger tires during hunting season and then go back to more of a general purpose all terrain the other 9 months of the year - planning to use nitto terra grapplers during hunting season and will get either michilin ltx m/s or uniroyal laredo cross country after i wear out my generals that came on truck - so im just curious to see how much i can fit with no probs - not interested in leveling kit either - makes truck point up when i hook my boat up really blinding people _________________ an unloaded gun is just an expensive paperweight
