After fixing my aternator (fuse) the blower is now only puting air out the deforster and not throw the vent. I have checked the blower it self and it is geting power and running. Any Ideas? Thanks

is there vacuum at the mode door switch? when vacumm is lost, the air defaults to the defrost for safety. should be vacuum at the black line(or center might be a different color) on the back of the mode switch on your dash.
if there is no vacuum then look for broken lines. if there is vacuum take a jumper line to each of the other lines branching out from the center main vaccum line. if the air switches to all of the positions then you need a new switch. if it does not switch you either have a broken vacuum line, a bad vacuum door actuator or a broken mode door
