So i live in Idaho and i was driving through a canyon at night back to my hometown McCall. I was scanning the sides of the highway for deer when all of a sudden THUNK THUNK...I ran over a football sized rock at 70. I completely blew out both drivers side rims...my 20's got KILLED.

The next day...I go to Les Schwab to order new wheels and a/t tires. I pick out a new rim design, the ultra 227/228 mammoth black and chrome 18x9. I also pick out some bigger tires, they are 325/60/18 toyo open country a/t's i think...anyways, they both had to be shipped from different locations and were both supposed to be here by wed. the 26th...I have been without my truck for one week and its gettin rediculous...Come to find out wednesday that the tires came in but no wheels...now I have to wait a few more days for them to ship the wheels in from Oregon because someone did not send them out on time. Not too stoked on Les Schwab right now...

this is why i always keep my stock tires and wheels. it's never worth the $200 you get for them when stuff like this happens.

I had a problem with les schwab as well I even ordered the same rims as you I believe. Anyways they told me it was a problem with the distributor of the rims not actually there fault. Tell them you want a the alignment to be free since youve been without your truck they did for me cause the rims took so long.

Now that's funny right there, I don't care who ya are.

But really, Les Schwab started with one store in Prineville, OR and now has over 400 in 8 states. The main reason they have grown is excellent customer service. I have been to many of their stores all over the west and can always count on the work being done by honest and hard working people as quickly as possible, without exception. I would be inclined to believe what they say because of their business ehtics.

O yea I wasnt knocking Les Scwhab Ive had no problems with them otherwise it taking so long to get the rims and the tire pressure sensors but the sensors were on back order and they told me that when I was ordering my rims the customer service has been great they are very easy to work with.
