Ford F150 - TSB's what to do with them?

I know that recalls are an instant fix by dealers. But what about TSB's what are the instances that the dealer will fix or take care of these things?

please advise.

If you are encountering the symptom described in the TSB it can be done under the Manufacturer's warranty, if you have warranty left that is. If no warranty is left they are basically used as technical information to help fix common problems or concerns encountered in these vehicle, and it will be up to the customer to pay for the required services.
