Waiting for an eye exam I flipped through the March 2008 issue of Motor Trend. They had a very positive review of the 2009 F-150. They indicated the upgrades that are coming. Can't remember them all but some that stuck in my head were the 4 inch lift to the front and and extension of the rear leaf springs forward for better control. Here is a picture of the new Platinum version...

no i read a a month or so ago, at www.detnews.com that ford announced that the current model 04-08's have done so well the price will actually decrease by up to 10%... ho true that is, time will tell...
