I wouldn't mind seeing the 7.3 make a comeback. One heck of an engine. Out of the 3, caterpillar. _________________ 2001 F350 "Short bus" XLT Crew Cab short bed 4x4 7.3 Diesel

| I doubt Ford would change from there own Powerstroke to a Cummins or what ever. If it happened I'd vote for Cummins. |

| What with Navistar SUING Ford, you may see a non-navistar diesel under the hood sooner than you think.
I voted fo CAT, but Ford owns part of Cummins.... |

| Yeah, they are going to use the 3.6L V8 Rover Diesel and increase it to 4.4L.
I think it has something to do with International developing the motor for Ford and then changing their mind, but I never heard if International ever built one. |

Actually I think that I'd like to seethem try a Yanmar. VERY economical to run, tough, and last for what seems to be forever. _________________

| I would rather see them with the Cat out of the 3 listed. It is possible that they could be working on a big diesel already like they are the 4.4L. Ford has been having their issues with the powerstrokes ever since they stopped building the 7.3L. Why not reintroduce the 7.3L and build it better. |

| im really hoping to see a cat in the SD. my dad owns three semi trucks, one with a CAT, another one with a detroit, and the third one had a cummins, that engine messed up, so we replaced that one with a CAT. CAT's are very good engines. |
