Ford F150 - 6K better spent (diesel stock or gas w/supercharger)?

Hey y’all; so I’m planning to get another F150 in 2009. This time 4x4 though. At any rate, I got to thinking and started to wonder how most F150 owners would choose given the following two options:

1)2009 FX4 F150 Diesel
2)2009 FX4 F150 Gas V8 + supercharger (this add on goes for approximately 6K, and that just happens to be how much more Diesel engines go for)

So let’s hear it.
