I know this isn't a street bike website, but i though I might throw my bike on and see what happens. It's a 1997 Suzuki Katana, has a little over 26000 miles on it. It's my baby and has never been down. Did all the work myself, custom fairings, and paint as well as wind screen. New stunt sprocket and chain, new oil change, plugs, and outer motor seals. Does need tires before long. Only other issue, is I an 150 bucks short and have never gotten the title put in my name. I have a baby on the way, and can't afford my toy anymore. Will consider a trade a another truck, perferably 4X4

Who's name is it in? That could be a problem for the next person who wants to buy it. I went through the same deal when I bought my harley. Person I bought it off of (my bosses brother) bought it new and never titled it. When I bought it, he had to title it (wait 6 weeks for the title to come back) and during that time, I was restricted from riding it. After it came in, it was titled to me and that was that.
I don't know the law in your state, but here in PA if the bike is not titled to the actualy owner, you cannot register it, insure it or ride it. Penalty is the bike is seized and becomes property of the state.
