I thought it would be an over hyped,just a sticker package with fancy shocks. Oh was I wrong! my buddy bought one. After spending hours in one and researching. I ordered my own. The price is fair,you do have to shop around. Go to a small town dealer. I bought mine fully loaded with 6.2 for 43,000. other dealers wanted 49,000 plus up to 5,000 extra because they are a hot item. I have owned a custom shop building trucks like this for 15 years. This truck is a fair price.

They put an inline 6 diesel in the f150…. that would be awesome!!!. For that size truck, an inline 4 with oversized pistons would work for the fuel mileage and power. I cant wait for the 6.2, i wont have to hear about that undependable hemi anymore.

very true but the torque of turbo diesel would lag on acceleration, and the 6.2 will knockoff any 5.7 hemi or vortec you throw at it. so really that is all you need. considering if they did, diesel is higher than gas, so it would be the same either way out of your pocket.

What about putting a V6 Turbo Diesel in the F150 and shooting for 25-30+ MPG? Attach that to a 6 speed automatic and you’d blow the competition apart.
