I bought a 2009 f150 with 20 inch wheels 5.4 eng and 3.15 rear. I chiped it, added a cold air and used dryer vent hose to force the air flow into the engine. i get 27 mpg at 45 mph and about 18 mpg in city driving with a lot of lights. I can average 19 mpg in the city if I try and 24 mpg at 65 mph. The millage went up when I forced the air in with 2 4inch dry hoses. I could not belive it but it did. If I were to do it over I would just do the dry vent hose. I woul;d be happy to send pics if you email me. chris@cantolino.com

I'm an aging senior who is a medical retiree from Ford . I've been waiting for for this truck for a long time . I can't get around to good , but , I would like to sell my 1993 F-150 which is like new , and buy the new diesel to be my last truck . Although i know it's like everything else it's going to be expensive . To the people out there who have never owned a diesel go for it . My wife has a diesel car and it's a go-getter good luck to all the buyers of the diesel trucks .
